Rubber crushing mill can crush steel wire tyre chips (50mm×50mm) into rubber powder of 16 mesh to 40 mesh, and crush steel wire tyre chips (80mm×80mm) into rubber powder of 20 mesh to 40 mesh. At the same time, it separates the steel wire, ensuring that the rubber content in the steel wire is less than 0.5%. With a production capacity of 1 ton per hour, the rubber powder has a metal content of ≤0.06%. This rubber cutting mill comes with a durable and cost-effective tyre shredding system.
