Tyre Recycling Solutions
Exploit the potential of waste tyres! With our tyre recycling plants for industries, we enable you to separate your tyres almost 100% into their main components textile, rubber granulates and steel.
TIANTIE offers a wide range of standard and custom tyre shredding and recycling equipment, covering shredders, grinders, and granulators. With excellent efficiency, durability, and reliability, our tyre recycling equipment can process tyres into clean rubber crumb and the finest, cleanest rubber powders for various applications, including:
From complete turnkey factories to individual machines, TIANTIE can provide customers with a wide range of standard equipment and custom recycling solution to help them achieve their business goals.
As one of China's leading manufacturers and suppliers of tyre recycling machinery, with nearly 20 years of experience, our company has gained abundant expertise and capacity required for solutions. With our extensive design and engineering experience, we can also integrate our shredding equipment into your factory or develop new solutions using our core technology.
After years of research and practical exploration, our company has developed a comprehensive process flow for grading and crushing the whole tyre. Three-stage sorting of steel wires and fibers ensures the quality of the final products effectively.
The tyre recycling process begins by removing the tyre from the bead and feeding it into the primary tyre shredder for initial crushing into 50x50mm rubber chips. These rubber chips are then conveyed to the secondary shredder for further crushing, reducing them into granules smaller than 10mm. Subsequently, the granules pass through a magnetic separator to separate the steel wires in the first stage of separation. The steel wires, which are mixed with rubber particles, are then directed to a rubber crushing mill for secondary separation, resulting in a rubber content of less than 3% within the steel wires. On the other hand, the rubber granules are conveyed to the rubber powder silo and subsequently transported to subsequent equipment for further pyrolysis treatment using a screw conveyor and a bucket elevator.
The entire process flow consists of six modules: the crushing module, shredder module, secondary steel wire processing module, silo and conveying module, dust removal and cooling module, and electrical control module.
The tyre debeader and rubber rasper are both located in the tyre stacking area. After removing the bead and steel wire, the tyre is placed onto an inclined tyre conveyor to be fed into the next module. The production capacity is 1 ton per hour.
Inclined tyre conveyor is used to uniformly transport waste all-steel radial tyres and passenger car tyres with an outer diameter of ≤Ø1200mm, after removing steel rim, to the shredder for crushing.
Tyre shredder is mainly used to crush waste tyres into rubber chips of approximately 50x50mm in size. It has a processing capacity of 5000kg/h.
Disc screen is used to sort the rubber chips that have been crushed by the tyre shredder.
Tyre chip shredder/wire separator is mainly used to crush the 50mm rubber chips into rubber particles ≤10mm in size and to separate the rubber particles from steel wires for primary separation.
Vibratory screen utilizes vibration principles to separate the clustered rubber chips from each other and uniformly transport the rubber chips to the screw conveyor.
Magnetic separator is used to separate the steel wire from the mixture.
Horizontal steel wire conveyor uniformly transports the steel wires, which has been partially separated with rubber chips by the first magnetic separator, to the steel wire twisting and separating machine.
Rubber chip conveyor is used to transport various materials from the shredding line, which has a fully enclosed structure.
Rubber crushing mill is used for secondary processing of steel wires containing rubber chips, reducing the rubber content within the steel wire to less than 0.5%.
Screw conveyor adopts a bidirectional conveying method to transport the rubber granules, which have undergone magnetic separation from the steel wire, to the rubber powder silo.
Bucket elevator is used to transport rubber granules uniformly to the rubber powder silo.
Rubber powder silo is used to store rubber granules with a size of ≤10mm for subsequent pyrolysis.
Dusting removal system is used to collect the dust generated during the operation of the production line.
Automatic control system intelligently controls and integrates each individual machine in the production line, achieving smart control of the production process.
Vibratory feeder evenly transports the 50x50mm rubber chips crushed by the tyre shredder into two tyre chip shredders (wire separators).
TIANTIE always recommends genuine parts for your tyre recycling equipment. We have a deep understanding of each component and are aware of the key challenges that equipment users face on-site. This enables us to advise customers to only use genuine parts that can provide excellent performance in the long run.
